We’re building a small network of reliable scouts who understand Midlands football.
You may already scout, coach or regularly watch your local leagues. We’re interested in your judgement, the quality of your observations and your ability to explain what makes a player worth a closer look.
Tell us where you watch football, your experience and any existing club or agency commitments. Every expression of interest will be reviewed by John before an affiliation is agreed.

Share balanced observations about a player’s strengths, development needs and match context. Explain what you have seen and why it matters.
Recommend to John
Submit your findings directly to John, who will assess the recommendation and decide on appropriate next steps.
Scouting responsibilities
This role covers observation, assessment and reporting. Affiliated scouts are not authorised to approach players or parents about representation, negotiate contracts or offer agent services on behalf of Done Deal Sports. Any representation discussions are handled by John through the appropriate process.

Direct communication, feedback on your recommendations and a shared focus on player potential.
We’ll discuss your coverage, how reports are submitted and what you can expect from working with us. Any payment arrangements will be discussed individually, checked against the applicable rules and agreed in writing before work starts.
Expressing interest does not create an affiliation or authorise use of the Done Deal Sports name. Existing club or agency commitments must be disclosed so any conflicts can be considered.
